Sandra Pretorius

General Manager

Sandra is the general manager of Afri Training Institute and is a driving force who sets an example to those she manages through her leadership and motivation. Bringing over 20 years of diverse HR leadership experience to the team, she serves as a subject matter expert in HR, including diversity and inclusion, workplace employment equity, training and development and employee relations. Sandra is also a registered skills development facilitator.

Jacquelene Chapman

Quality Assurance Lead

Jacquelene entered the training and development industry in 2013 as an Education Training and Development Practitioner intern and was hooked. Through hard work, dedication, and determination, she worked her way to the position of Project Coordinator between 2014 to 2020, and accumulated a wealth of knowledge of learnerships, short course programmes as well as Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) systems.

Corne Immelman

Operations Lead

Corne attended the University of Pretoria to complete her psychology degree, majoring in education, psychology, and criminology. Her first job in a corporate environment exposed her to business admin activities and customer service. It taught her the importance of doing her work right the first time and ensuring a client’s needs are met.

Corne has been active in the training industry for more than 10 years. Her training career started with compliance, which allowed her to foresee possible problematic outcomes at the beginning of a project and adapt accordingly to reach a more successful approach.

Wandile Shishonge

Business Development Lead

Wandile Shishonge is the Business Development Lead at Afri Training Institute and he is an agent of transformation and BBBEE compliance. Wandile started his journey as an agent in transformation in 2011 and has grown from strength to strength, building strategic relationships with decision-makers in all sectors and industries. He serves as a subject matter expert in BBBEE strategy for his clients and provides solid plans for all aspects of the scorecards within the different sectors. His motto is to serve, educate and empower his clients through skills development.
