Asavela Mvandaba was recently appointed Junior Project Manager at Afri Training Institute. She began her course in February 2019 with the intent to pursue her career potential. She completed her qualification in 2020 and has never looked back since. Through many trials and learning curves, Asavela persevered and achieved career success.
Faith began her journey at Afri Training Institute as a cleaner. A few months after starting her job, Afri Training needed someone to help in office administration. She seized the opportunity even though she did not have a matric qualification. We saw her potential and provided her with training so that she could expand her knowledge and seize more growth opportunities. She is currently upskilling herself through our Business Administrator learnerships while working and will hopefully pursue a Project Management learnership.
