Module 3: Apply theories of motivation and group dynamics.
• Compare and contrast two theories of motivation.
• Elements of group dynamics.
• An action plan to strengthen the team
Module 4: Implement a plan of action to strengthen a team.
• The team leader obtains commitment from the team to achieve the action plan.
• Plan is monitored.
Module 5: Provide feedback and recognise achievements.
• Group dynamics is observed and reflected on by the team leader.
• Feedback is provided to the team.
• Recognition is given to team members who have contributed to the team.
