• Non-financial ways in which abuse can affect a business environment.
• The direct financial impact of abuse on a business

Module 3: Explain how to deal with abuse in the workplace.
• An organisation’s policies and procedures.
• Policies and Procedures include those that deal with the abuser.
• The roles of the employer and employee in dealing with abuse.
• The procedure to be followed in referring an abused employee.
• Techniques to reasonably accommodate an abused employee.
