This module will help learners understand what team building is and how to apply team building techniques. Qualified learners will be able to:

• Prepare to receive and induct new members into the team.
• Identify and explain the core functions, support functions and the roles of selected units within the organisation.
• Prepare and conduct a meeting, deal with different views and distribute meeting records.
• Employ a systematic approach to achieving objectives by specifying objectives, formulating a plan, coordinating people and resources, implementing a plan and evaluating results.
