Leading & Motivate Team

This course would enable learners to lead and motivate a team affectively within the given work environment. Learners will be able to explain the role of a team leader, explain the purpose of a team, contract with a team to obtain commitment, monitor achievements of team objectives, as well as provide feedback and recognising achievements.
