Fundamental Of Labour Legislation Workshop

The course provides learners with a working knowledge of the legal rights and obligations of employers and employees. Learners will be able to demonstrate an understanding of labour relationships in an organization and labour law as a whole, how to deal with insubordination, how to deal with absenteeism, poor work performance, dismissal for misconduct, drunkenness on duty as well as day to day issues.
