Conflict Management
This course will enable learner to identify and manage the resolution of personal conflict between persons or parties. The learner will also be able to describe the main sources of conflict, describe appropriate techniques to manage conflict, implement a strategy to resolve conflict as well as develop attributes of a good conflict manager.
